Hello. I'm a pharmacist Jinny.
Today, I'd like to introduce you to an ingredient called carnitine. Many of you may have heard of it for the first time. For those who are concerned about weight and body fat management, I think it is an ingredient that has a lot of appeal.
This is because carnitine helps break down fat. Carnitine, an amino acid, transports fatty acids to the mitochondria of cells, where they burn them to produce energy. In other words, a lack of carnitine in the body not only makes it difficult to produce energy, but also increases the risk of obesity due to the accumulation of fat.
Therefore, one of the forms of carnitine, 'L-carnitine tartrate', has been recognized for its ability to reduce body fat. Today, we're going to look at the benefits of oral intake of carnitine in a paper.
The reason to watch out for obesity is probably not simply a craving for external beauty. Obesity is both a clinical symptom and a cause of various diseases. The more obese you are, the more susceptible you are to adult diseases such as diabetes and hyperlipidemia, and the higher your risk of cardiovascular disease and some cancers.
And that's not all. Carnitine has also been reported to have cardioprotective effects by reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, and necrosis of heart muscle cells. Therefore, L-carnitine, a type of carnitine, is used as a drug for carnitine deficiency, angina pectoris, and myocardial disorders caused by heart diseases such as acute myocardial infarction.
Today, we've looked at the workings of carnitine and its benefits. In addition to the aforementioned benefits, various benefits have been reported, such as preventing muscle damage and improving fatigue and weakness. Therefore, if you want to try a healthy diet or have a day full of energy, I think it is an ingredient worth trying.
I hope you have a healthy day in body and mind. It was Jinny.
