First, oral irrigation

If you are undergoing orthodontic treatment or have implants or bridges that make it difficult to floss, an oral irrigator can be very useful. In the case of cordless products, they are easy to carry and can be used to protect your oral health. Brushing your teeth correctly after rinsing large foods with an oral irrigator before brushing your teeth can help maintain your oral health.

Second, electric toothbrush

There are two types of electric toothbrushes: those that rotate and those that vibrate in place. If you place your teeth exactly where you need to brush your teeth, then activate the electric toothbrush and leave it still, and the toothbrush will vibrate and brush your teeth. As a caveat, you need to fully understand the principle of brushing with a regular toothbrush before using an electric toothbrush with correct brushing. The correct way to use it is to hold up a mirror and brush your teeth while making sure that the bristles are properly positioned in the gaps between your teeth and between your teeth and gums.

Third, dental floss & interdental brush

Flossing is so important that it ranks second among the secrets of longevity. Flossing is convenient to use with products with handles. Using an interdental brush is also a great way to keep your gums healthy. It is recommended to use a soft rubber material so as not to injure the gums. Flossing and interdental brushes are small and easy to carry, so if you always use them after eating, you can increase your life expectancy by more than 10 years.

Fourth, mild mouthwash

We recommend a gentle mouthwash that doesn't contain ethanol, not a regular gargle. The more fluoride it contains, the greater the effectiveness in preventing tooth decay. Instead of CPC ingredients, which prevent tooth pigmentation, products with essential oils are recommended. To use, gargle a small amount twice in the morning and evening for about 30 seconds.

As a precaution, too much use can cause dry mouth, which can worsen bad breath, so it is best to follow the instructions for use.

Also, mouthwash is not a substitute for flossing or brushing. If you use it after brushing your teeth, it will prevent cavities and prevent plaque.
