Can you remove makeup with a mildly acidic foam cleanser?

It seems to vary depending on the degree of makeup and the cosmetics used. In the case of basic cosmetics, powder-type solid foundations such as powder and twincake are easy to remove, but liquid foundations are more difficult to remove.

How do you treat pores?

Many people think of pore disease as simply a problem with holes in the skin. In fact, pore treatment should take into account problems such as inflammation and dead skin cells, and use a combination of peels to clean the area around the pores and medications to reduce inflammation. Think of it as a matter of looking at the whole forest, not just one tree.

You can feel a hard lump on your cheek, what is it?

I have acne, should I get an inflammation injection?

Inflammatory injections should be administered cautiously in the early stages of acne. As time passes, it can fester even more, and it has steroids, so if you get hit frequently or deeply, it can cause side effects. Partial side effects, such as skin peeling, may recover after about two months, but they are not aesthetically pleasing. It's okay to use inflammatory injections in a hurry, such as an important job interview or a blind date, but we don't recommend getting them on a daily basis.

Can I extrude a pimple with a sterilized needle at home?

It is not unreasonable to extrude acne at home, but it is recommended that you use a doctor if possible. Most pimples are layered, so if you only extrude once or under-extrude, the inflammation will spread and fester further. If you extrude a pimple at home, it is best to squeeze out the pimples well and disinfect them thoroughly.

Why do acne only appear repeatedly in the same place?

Once a pimple occurs, the sebaceous glands around it weaken, and the area becomes more prone to dehydration. If the acne area is not too large, we recommend an insulated needle treatment that can destroy only the target sebaceous glands with electricity.

Antibiotics given as a prescription for acne, can I take them often?

There is no major problem with the antibiotics that you receive for acne as long as you take them according to the date. However, if frequent recurrences occur, Stiva A, Diperine, or benzoyl peroxide can be used to shorten the treatment period and prevent antibiotic resistance. It would be a good idea to have a procedure to destroy the sebaceous glands using an insulating needle.

What is the difference between folliculitis and acne?

Folliculitis and acne are difficult to distinguish from each other outwardly. However, the difference is that acne is caused by sebum blocking the hair follicles and the growth of anaerobic bacteria, while folliculitis is caused by bacteria infiltrating from the outside. On the face, most often acne is more common.

I have polycystic ovary syndrome, why can't I get acne when I take birth control pills?

Polycystic ovary syndrome is associated with an increase in male hormones. This increased male hormone affects the sebaceous glands, causing acne. Taking birth control pills can help balance female and male hormones and improve acne. In the past, I actually used birth control pills to treat acne. If your acne doesn't improve with regular dermatology treatments, it's a good idea to take care of your body by going to your gynecologist at the same time.

Can beards cause acne?

If you shave frequently, the skin barrier and texture can be damaged, resulting in acne. In this case, hair removal is effective, but for those who shave sparingly, it is more likely that it is folliculitis rather than acne, so it is better to try folliculitis treatment rather than hair removal.

Is it okay not to take care of adolescent acne?

There are many causes of acne, but it's common for acne to decrease during the period when sebum production decreases. However, the problem is that if acne is not taken care of during adolescence, it can leave marks and scars.

Acne can be divided into non-inflamed stages, inflamed stages, and severe inflammation stages. If the inflammation is in the stage, it is recommended to start with medication, and if it becomes more severe, laser treatment. On a regular basis, the most important thing is to reduce the use of unnecessary cosmetics and use appropriate face washes and moisturizers.

Why do adult acne occur?

More than 90% of acne in adults is caused by the face wash or cosmetics you use. I think it would be helpful to remove the cosmetics first and put on healthy makeup.

Is it possible to treat acne marks with PicoSure?

Is it OK to take Roaccutane and Cepha antibiotics together?

Roaccutane doesn't just reduce sebum, it also cleans up the stratum corneum of the sebaceous glands and kills the anaerobic bacteria that cause acne. Since folliculitis and acne lesions are most likely to be the same, it is recommended to use Roaccutane alone first.

Antibiotics should be used with caution. This is because it can alter the normal flora in the body, and the bacteria can become resistant to antibiotics, making it difficult to treat. Please use it correctly and only when necessary.

Is it okay to use Protopic Ointment and take acne medication at the same time?

Yes, I think you need to be aggressive in your acne treatment. However, if you have atopy on your skin, the medications you apply can irritate you and cause acne to appear. After you are prescribed medication, we recommend that you change the protopic to Elidel. Protopic and Elidel have similar ingredients, but Protopic has a sticky base like petroleum jelly, while Elidel is usually quick to absorb and is not sticky, making it milder to use.

Is it OK to put Bearoban on pimples?

For rashes, more drugs from the clindamycin family are recommended. Bearoban is also a sticky material, and it would be better to use it on wounds rather than pimples.

Can I apply euphoraxin or omecrine to folliculitis?

For folliculitis, Surantra is more effective than Yuraxin or omecrine. It would be better to go to a dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis of whether you are the right type for Surantra and to get a prescription for Surantra.

Can antibiotics become resistant?

Although less common than oral medications, it is possible to develop resistance to them. If you are applying medication for a long time, it is recommended to use drugs with other ingredients, including benzoyl peroxide or BPO, rather than antibiotic components.

Is it OK to swap vibramycin for minocin or doxycycline?

Since vibramycin, minocine, and doxycycline are all tetracycline antibiotics, it doesn't make much sense to switch vibramycin to minocycline to doxycycline. First of all, it would be better to prescribe the medicine that you apply in addition to the medicine you take, and wait until 3 months to make a decision.

I have a headache after taking Alitok, is this a temporary phenomenon?

The headache caused by taking Alitok will be fine after about a week. In the meantime, if you have a bad headache, you may want to take Tylenol while relieving your symptoms.

Why is Bearoban only used for a short period of time?

Bearoban is not a medicine that is applied to chronic lesions like cryosin, but to infectious diseases of the skin, such as impetigo. Conditions that require bearoban are usually applied in the short term because the cause usually needs to be resolved quickly.

What should I do if I use melanone cream and my blemishes are darker?

Depending on your skin type, some people will get melanon cream, and some people won't. If you use melanone cream and the blemishes become thicker, you should stop.

Can SonoStyler worsen the skin barrier?

SonoStyler is an ultrasound treatment that does not stimulate the skin barrier, but rather improves the skin barrier. However, this treatment sometimes worsens the skin barrier. This problem is not caused by the ultrasound, but by the conduction gel that is applied during the ultrasound treatment. This gel prevents burns during treatment, but if it doesn't match your skin, it can worsen your skin condition. Can PDT cause increased sebum production again?

For those with a lot of sebum production, it is difficult for the overall effects of laser treatment, including PDT, to last longer than 3 months. For those who are unable to continue treatment, the most cost-effective drug is a drug called Roaccutane, which is recommended to consult a specialist before prescribing it.

Can I use creosine and Stiva A cream immediately after laser treatment?
