Many people know that fatigue is caused by the liver. However, less than 5% of the population has liver problems, such as hepatitis B or C. When you're tired, you need to weigh two things first. When I wake up early in the morning and have to work late into the night, I take 1,000mg of vitamin C in 2 pills at intervals of 5~6 hours. There are some caveats. If you eat too much vitamin C in 1~2 hours, your stomach will hurt slightly and your stools will be loose, which can lead to embarrassment at important gatherings. Therefore, it should be taken at regular intervals. If you are a person who has an upset stomach when taking vitamin C on an empty stomach, you can take neutral vitamin C.

If you're over 40, consider adding Coenzyme Q10
If you're over 40 years of age, you may want to take an additional 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 if taking B vitamins, multivitamins, and vitamin C doesn't adequately relieve fatigue. Coenzyme Q10 is also an antioxidant, but it is also a coenzyme that plays an important role in energy production, which decreases a lot with age. Therefore, for those who frequently suffer from fatigue after middle age, coenzyme Q10 is beneficial.
