If a multivitamin with B vitamins isn't enough to reduce fatigue, vitamin C can help. You can take 1~2 tablets of 1,000mg after meals. When I wake up early in the morning and have to work late into the night, I take 1,000mg of vitamin C in 2 pills at intervals of 5~6 hours. There are some caveats. If you eat too much vitamin C in 1~2 hours, your stomach will hurt slightly and your stools will be loose, which can lead to embarrassment at important gatherings. Therefore, it should be taken at regular intervals. If you are a person who has an upset stomach when taking vitamin C on an empty stomach, you can take neutral vitamin C.
