"garlic injections"?
Garlic injections, known to be favored by celebrities and athletes, are often sought after by many for the purpose of
fatigue recovery.
These injections typically feature a compound that
combines thiamine and "allicin" found in garlic as the main ingredient.
However, a recent discovery has gained the attention of the scientific community—
a substance in garlic that offers superior fatigue recovery mechanisms compared to allicin.
This substance is known as
"SAC" (S-allyl-L-cysteine).
SAC is a compound generated in garlic, much like allicin, and it is known to have various effects, such as anti-fatigue, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and immune-enhancing properties.

1. Improves Brain Fatigue
Brain fatigue refers to a situation where the functions of the hypothalamus, which regulates our body's blood pressure, hormones, body temperature, and heart rate, gradually deteriorate.
However, the rate of this decline is very slow, and it often doesn't manifest noticeable symptoms outwardly. Such brain fatigue affects not only the brain but the entire body.
Typical symptoms of brain fatigue include feeling physically heavy, mental fogginess, frequent forgetfulness, and frequent headaches.
Research on SAC as an ingredient that can help alleviate brain fatigue has been conducted extensively. In a human clinical trial where
20 adult men and women consumed 2mg of SAC for four weeks, it was found to improve brain fatigue.

simply sleeping for a long time does not necessarily relieve fatigue.
In cases where you don't fall into a deep sleep and wake up frequently during sleep, there have been research results indicating that various physical and mental symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, anxiety, as well as mood disorders are often observed.
