The problem of enuresis
In the old days, when children peed in their sleep, they used to wear a key and go to get salt. The image of a child knocking on a neighbor's door with a gourd of salt was considered a source of teasing. When you see a child peeing on the futon, you can use the idiom "draw a map on the futon" to express cuteness.
However, bedwetting is a problem that makes a growing child feel depressed and ashamed. In fact, there are many studies that show that if bedwetting is left untreated, it can affect a child's social life and personality formation. So, why does bedwetting appear, and how to treat it?
How to prevent bedwetting
Surprisingly, studies have shown that starting training to cover urine before the age of 3 leads to a much higher incidence of bladder problems, such as constipation and bedwetting. If your child is still unable to urinate by the age of three, it is better to put him in a diaper instead of forcing him to educate.
In particular, children who suffer from bedwetting or bladder problems should not be forced to hold their urine. The bladder is an elaborate organ made up of muscles, and the more you hold your urine, the thicker the bladder muscles become, which can lead to more enuresis or bladder problems. If you need to urinate, we recommend that you set a time to urinate and let them go to the bathroom to urinate even when they don't feel like urinating.
