First, you need to be wary of indoor fine dust
When we hear the word 'fine dust', we usually think of fine dust generated outside, but in fact, we encounter a formidable amount of fine dust indoors as well. Usually, when you cook in the kitchen or use a vacuum cleaner, a lot of fine dust is generated indoors. Especially when grilling fish, indoor fine dust is said to soar to more than 200μg/㎥. When cooking, be sure to ventilate the room, and it is recommended to clean with a wet mop instead of a vacuum cleaner.
Second, on days when there is a lot of fine dust, turn on the air purifier and ventilate the room for only 5 minutes
On days when there is a lot of fine dust, ventilation is difficult, so the windows are often closed and the air purifier is running. However, if you close the windows and turn on the air purifier, you will continue to breathe in carbon dioxide and formaldehyde in the room.
In this case, it is recommended to close the door and turn on the air purifier, but open the entire window for 5 minutes in between. When the air purifier is turned on, the sensitivity of fine dust drops in an instant, so you can minimize fine dust and let out indoor gas.
Third, atopic dermatitis should be viewed from a long-term perspective
If your child has atopic dermatitis, you should treat them with a long-term perspective for at least 2~3 years. Atopic dermatitis usually occurs around 100 days after birth, and most of the symptoms worsen until 1~2 years of age and disappear spontaneously after 2~3 years of age.
At this time, some people limit their diet to eggs, milk, peanuts, etc., in order to treat atopy, but they are essential for the growth and development of children, so they should not be stopped eating them blindly. Instead, we recommend that you first get tested for allergens at your doctor to find out exactly what foods are causing your allergy.
Fourth, discharge pollutants from new buildings
When you move into a new apartment or new building, indoor pollutants cause unprecedented health symptoms, which is called sick building syndrome. Sick building syndrome can be solved through bake out, which raises the indoor temperature of the building and discharges harmful substances. Before moving in, close all windows and doors, run the boiler for more than 7 hours to raise the indoor temperature to 35~40 degrees Celsius, and then open the windows and ventilate the room for 1 hour 4~5 times, and most of the pollutants inside the building will be discharged.
