First, secure a low-impact spot
Patients with motion sickness should be seated in a place with less shaking. Buses and cars have the front seats, trains have the direction of travel, ships have closer to the cabin, and airplanes have less sway in the center, which is less affected by wind.
In other words, it's best to stay in the driver's seat. This is because the driver's visibility allows them to understand their surroundings and movement to predict the intensity of vibration. If you don't have a license, it's better to have a passenger seat where it's relatively easy to see what's going on.
Trains should be driven overhead, and airplanes should be near the center window, where there is less shaking. Ships move up and down, left and right, so it is better to have a cabin with less movement than on the outside of the ship or on the heights, and on the first floor rather than on the second floor.
Two, keep your view away, or move at night

If you don't have to travel during the day, it's better to do so at night.
Third, stay away from irritating foods
Excessive drinking and overeating are not recommended for motion sickness. In particular, irritating foods with strong odors, as well as spicy and fatty foods, are more likely to cause nausea. Caffeinated beverages, dairy, alcohol, and tobacco also interfere with gastrointestinal activity.
When traveling or on the go, it is recommended to eat plain foods such as crackers and pretzels with a little salt, sour fruits such as tangerines, oranges, and lemons, as well as water or ionized drinks. Fifth, 30 minutes before departure, eat ginger

This is because the gingerol in ginger improves digestion.
However, eating too much ginger can also be poisonous. This is because ginger stimulates the secretion of gastric juice, which can damage the gastric mucosa. It is recommended that healthy people take 2~4g of ginger 30 minutes before departure, and those with a weak stomach take 1~2g. However, it is safe for people with high blood pressure or those who are taking blood pressure medication to follow their doctor's instructions.
Sixth, use wristbands and acupressure
According to Dr. Lieber of New York University in the United States, wristbands with electronic sensors have a calming effect on nausea and vomiting. Motion sickness is caused by a collision of sensations, as electronic sensors stimulate nerve endings to signal the brain to calm the stomach. This is the result of measuring the frequency and intensity of morning sickness for 3 weeks by dividing 230 mothers at 6~12 weeks gestation into wristband and sham band groups.

Seventh, get prescribed motion sickness medicine

For example, patients with glaucoma may experience increased intraocular pressure when they take motion sickness medication, and patients with enlarged prostate may have difficulty urinating.
Even healthy people are prone to drowsiness, numbness, and memory impairment when taking or using motion sickness medicines. This is because the antihistamines in motion sickness medicines reduce the secretion of acetylcholine in the body. Therefore, patients with chronic diseases, pregnant women, the elderly, children, and drivers must take motion sickness medicine with a doctor's prescription.
