There are also nutritional supplements that are not safe
There is no such thing as a safe supplement

Most nutritional supplements that contain nutrients that are taken in food form have no reason to worry about side effects. However, this is not the case when it comes to capsuleed supplements containing extracts of plants and animals that are not often taken. In this case, even if it is a food that is not a drug, if it comes all at once in a concentrated form, it can cause various side effects in our body

Green juice can also put a strain on the liver

One basket of vegetables and fruits is mobilized to squeeze a cup of green juice. Therefore, when we drink green juice, it enters our body in a concentrated form in much greater quantities than usual. However, the reason why our bodies do not take on a green hue is that the liver metabolizes many of these components into harmless forms. However, if the liver is metabolically reduced due to hepatitis or cirrhosis, the concentrated ingredients can put a heavy burden on the liver. A case in point is when a patient with chronic hepatitis drinks too much reishi mushroom juice and is brought to the hospital with jaundice.

You should also take care of your kidneys

The U.S. National Kidney Foundation strongly recommends that patients suffering from nephritis or kidney failure should not consume concentrated plant extracts in any form. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration reported more than 100,000 reports of supplement-related side effects in 2013, of which more than 8,000 were treated in hospitals and more than 1,000 had serious side effects, including two deaths. Most side effects were reported in people who consumed excessively concentrated forms of uncommonly eaten grassroots extracts, such as herbs, rather than common supplements such as vitamins or omega-3s.

Let's stick to the dosage and dosage

Nutritional supplements do not cause any side effects if the dosage is followed. However, you need to be careful with health foods that are not often eaten and are made from concentrated extracts of plants and animals. In particular, if it is eaten by people with poor liver or kidneys, there is a possibility of side effects, so it is advisable to consult a specialist before consuming it.
